Autumn term came to an end and with it we took the time to celebrate our achievements and success. Throughout the past 15 weeks, 
students have consistently endeavoured to greet the challenges that they face, whether it be in the classroom, on the stage, the playing field or anywhere for that matter. Weekly, the importance of your attitude to learning and progress is continually stressed and, as a result, has impacted the way boys conduct themselves and approach their learning. Reflecting on this hard work is so valuable in reminding students that “the more you put in, the more you get out!”
To begin the assembly, curriculum leaders awarded specialist subject certificates. These rewarded outstanding progress and attainment in the subject. One certificate was presented to boys in years 7-8 and likewise with years 9-10. These prizes, sponsored by Sodexo, gave recognition to those who had gone one step further and showed outstanding qualities in that given curriculum area.They also generously included a £5 refectory voucher which was greatly received!
